The company founders Joseph Williams and Richard Fletcher Jones, both from the wartime aircraft industry, established the company when spring steel was on ration and orders few and far between. They established standards of service still adhered to today. That products should meet or exceed customers quality expectations, should be supplied on time and that all charges should be competitive, fair and reasonable.

Whilst technology changes, and we change with it, we still adhere to our traditional values of customer care and support. Modern techniques and process controls keep us at the leading edge of technology.
