Southern Springs Engineering will design and manufacture all types of tooling for wire form and pressing production, from multi-stage progression tools to simple hand forming work.

Our facility will cater for the manufacture of complex progression tooling or multislide tooling to run on our high-speed equipment, turning strip material into a finished component, without the need for further expensive manual operations. We can also manufacture tooling for low volume runs using simple, hand press tools.

Southern Springs & Pressings has invested in new 3D CAD technology that enables us to rapidly design complex progression tools, allowing us to offer more competitive prices.

Southern Springs Engineering is also heavily involved in the manufacture and development of prototype samples for new products. With our years of experience in the industry we are able to produce complex samples with little or no tooling required. This allows you to ascertain whether your product works and make changes without incurring high tool costs.
