Quality Assurance is a total team effort from design through to the finished product. Every step of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored. Specifications and tolerances are inspected utilising advanced equipment.
We operate quality procedures complying with BS EN ISO 9001. Our systems are approved and monitored by the BSI with registration held since 1989.
We are also Approved Suppliers to a varied range of customers from ship builders to medical suppliers and operate Just In Time procedures for major manufacturers.
All aspects of our work including the design services undertaken by our spring design division, Southern Springs Technology, fall within the scope of our quality approval.
