Lead times can be arranged to suit customer requirements. Parts can be supplied electro plated, passivated, painted, shot peened and other finishes. Modern production techniques enable complex wire forms to be manufactured also in any quantity and finish.
We manufacture compression, tension and torsion springs, wire forms of any shape, circlips, "R" pins, and any other wire derived component. We specialise in bespoke parts which are either designed by our customers or by us to suit our customers' requirements.

Compression or Coil Springs
Compression Springs are wound with a pitched helical form usually with closed ends which are normally ground. Compression loads are applied to the ends of the spring in line with the central axis.
Tension Springs
Tension Springs are coiled without any open pitch. The coils are close wound and the load is applied to hooks at each end with an extending load. Hooks can be to a wide range of shapes and sizes.
Torsion Springs
Torsion Springs can be wound with or without pitch. The ends of Torsion Springs are formed with legs or points of anchorage and rotational loads are applied. Torsion Springs can be produced with one or two coiled bodies.
Wireform Springs
Wire Forms are simply shaped wire components that perform various usually spring loaded tasks and can be produced to any specification.
