Donna joined the team at Southern Springs and Pressings in 2015 with heaps of experience in the administration and customer services areas but no prior knowledge of the spring manufacturing business.

Originally from the West Midlands, Donna has worked in a variety of roles including sales administrator, customer services officer and a number of years in the recruitment industry. Donna relocated to London for a number of years with her recruitment role which also included travel to Hertfordshire.

In 2012 Donna moved with her Husband to Australia for two and a half years for a secondment. During her time in Australia, she lived in Melbourne and continued her career in recruitment, specialising in the medical sector.

Donna and her Husband returned to England in 2015 and decided to settle in New Milton as they had family living locally and enjoyed living near the coast in Australia. Not long after returning, Donna joined Southern Springs and Pressings as Office Manager. 

In the last four years Donna has quickly gained knowledge of the spring manufacturing business. As the Office Manager of Southern Springs and Pressings, Donna ensures everything runs smoothly by providing support to the Finance Manager with organising invoices and purchase orders. She also processes sales orders and arranges the despatch of orders to customers. Donna is also the first port of call for anyone visiting Southern Springs and Pressings as she looks after reception and directs all incoming phone calls.

Donna said, “After working in a variety of administration roles in both the UK and Australia, I was delighted to re-locate to New Milton and enjoy being a part of the Southern Springs and Pressings teams. As Office Manager, no two days are the same”.
